Structural characteristics and performance advantages
- HLT boiler products adopt a horizontal three-pass wet back corrugated furnace structure. It is mainly composed of a boiler shell, a furnace, a turning smoke chamber, a smoke pipe, etc.
- It adopts a wet back and corrugated furnace structure, and the heating surface is arranged symmetrically. It effectively reduces the thermal stress of the boiler and improves the safe use and life of the boiler.
- It adopts a high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe to improve the heat transfer effect of the smoke pipe. At the same time, it has good thermal expansion and contraction performance, which can prevent the deformation of the heating surface.
- The steam boiler adopts a low-position combustion chamber, which makes the boiler water level safer, the boiler steam space is also larger, and the steam quality is good.
- The steel tube fin-type economizer is arranged at the tail, with high heat transfer efficiency. The exhaust temperature after the economizer is ≤150℃, which reduces fuel consumption.
- The boiler uses high-quality aluminum silicate for heat insulation to reduce heat dissipation losses.
