Application
The horizontal coal fired steam boiler is an industrial block boiler that is designed to be transported directly to the customer’s site for easy installation.
The boiler is coal-fired and converts steam into water to heat the water using a heat exchanger. It provides heat for steam driven production equipment or general heating. It can provide heat for production equipment or as general heating in large structures.
Steam boiler is widely used in industry and its main applications include:
- Food industry: Steam can be used for cleaning as well as heating, drying or disinfecting food.
- Spinning, Printing and Dyeing Industry: Used for some production steps such as dyeing, rinsing, drying and forming of fabric.
- Biological medicine industry: used for heating reaction boilers, condensation reactions, heat exchange and disinfection of chemical reaction systems.
- Hospital: used for disinfection, heating and air conditioning.
- Petrochemical industry: Used to heat oil and increase liquidity.
- Wooden furniture industry: used for drying wood, bricks, etc.
- Paper industry: High pressure steam is used to generate electricity. The steam from decompression is used for drying and the final low pressure steam is used to remove paint or pulp and make paper.
- Tobacco industry: Provides heat for making pipe tobacco and baking.
Features of the production process
A steam boiler has complex technological links, and fine processing is an important factor in the quality and safety of products during use.
1. Boiler material: seamless steel pipe.
2. Welding process: Tig welding and radiographic inspection will be used.
3. Bending forming: The pipe is formed after bending by a pipe bending machine to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the coil outline according to GB/T17410 standard.
4. Water pressure test: After the pipe coil is formed, the boiler tube is subjected to water pressure test before leaving the factory.
