Description

Boiler Features
The boiler uses the most suitable combustion equipment for biomass fuel combustion-reciprocating grate. In terms of structural design, the boiler has a larger furnace space than traditional boilers, and a very reasonable secondary air arrangement is conducive to the full combustion of a large amount of volatiles that are instantly released when biomass fuels are burned.
The boiler can be equipped with a fuel (gas) ignition burner to achieve automatic ignition. The feeding, combustion, slag removal, water supply, and ignition of the boiler can all be automatically controlled, which is very convenient to operate. The boiler is equipped with an automatic ash cleaning device, which can promptly remove the ash accumulation on the heating surface of the boiler to ensure efficient and stable operation of the boiler. An economizer is arranged at the tail of the boiler, and an air preheater can also be arranged according to user needs. Compared with traditional boilers, the boiler is more efficient and has a lower exhaust temperature.
The use of high-efficiency thermal insulation materials has a low surface temperature of the boiler and the heat dissipation loss can be ignored. Strictly produced in accordance with Chinese national specifications and standards, all pressure-bearing parts are made of high-quality boiler steel. Each boiler must undergo strict inspection and testing before leaving the factory, including water pressure test and X-ray detection. There are manholes, inspection doors, fire viewing holes, etc., which are very convenient for maintenance. The biggest features of biomass boilers are: energy saving, environmental protection, and easy installation and use.

Fuel supply
The fuel of the boiler is BMF fuel, which is fed into the top silo by the feeder, and then fed into the furnace by the screw feeder, and evenly scattered on the grate.
Combustion process
The fuel is fed into the furnace by the screw feeder, where it is gradually preheated, dried, ignited, and burned due to the action of high-temperature flue gas and primary air. A large amount of volatile matter is precipitated during this process, and the combustion is intense. After the high-temperature flue gas generated flushes the main heating surface of the boiler, it enters the economizer and air preheater of the heating surface at the rear of the boiler, then enters the dust collector, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The ungasified fuel moves to the rear of the grate until it is burned out, and the remaining small amount of ash falls into the slag removal port behind the grate.
Environmental emission
The ash produced by BMF combustion accounts for about 1.5% of the fuel. In order to facilitate ash discharge, a spiral slag discharger is arranged at the rear of the boiler to achieve continuous ash cleaning. A dust collector is arranged at the tail flue of the boiler to ensure that the smoke emission meets environmental protection requirements.
Boiler efficiency
The efficiency of biomass boilers is generally above 80%. The larger the boiler model, the more complete the combustion, and the higher the efficiency of the boiler. The highest reached 88.3%, which is 15% higher than the average efficiency level of coal-fired boilers

Fuel analysis
1. The sulfur content of biomass fuel is mostly less than 0.2%. There is no need to set up gas desulfurization equipment during combustion, which reduces costs and is beneficial to environmental protection;
2. The use of biomass boiler combustion equipment can quickly complete the large-scale reduction, harmlessness, and resource application of various biomass resources, and the cost is low. Therefore, biomass direct combustion technology has good economic and development potential.
3. The carbon dioxide released by biomass combustion is roughly equivalent to the carbon dioxide absorbed by photosynthesis during its growth, so it can be considered as zero emission of carbon dioxide, which helps to alleviate the greenhouse effect;
4. The combustion products of biomass are widely used, and ash can be used in a comprehensive manner;

Advantages
Biomass boilers require green new energy. Compared with other boilers, biomass boilers have the following four major advantages:
1. One furnace is multi-purpose, and you can cook, boil water, and bathe while heating.
2. Super strong conversion system, low start-up heat transfer temperature, fast heat transfer speed.
3. Low installation cost, safe heating: universal equipment, no need to change the original heating equipment, universal pipes and radiators, use water circulation to achieve a wide range of heating materials, never exhausted, available anywhere (such as: husks, corn stalks, rice stalks, wheat)
4. Safety and environmental protection: low work pressure, cooking, boiling water, bathing, heating, etc., also suitable for burning boilers, greenhouse heating, large-area heating, small and medium-sized restaurants, not restricted by seasons, can be used all year round.
